Tshirts orders have been processed and sent to the company. When they are received we will update here. It may be over Christmas break that they arrive so I am having them sent to my home so they will be available for pickup if need be.

Common Core Survey
Please take the time to fill go to Governor Herbert's website and fill out the questions on the Utah Core Standards. If you are pleased with the standards and support them, they want to know this. If you have concerns about them, they ask that you be specific about which standards you don't agree with. Is it too rigorous? Is it too easy? Please be specific. Review Committee
Rep. Cunningham is requesting the names of a few parents who would be willing to serve on a review committee this year. The committee will review the Utah Core Standards and make recommendations for revisions to the State Board of Education. There will be different committees for different subjects. The only requirement is that you have children attending public school.
Unfortunately, there are no details yet on when this committee will meet and what the time commitment is. The committee is made up of 7 people appointed by the State Board of Ed, 5 parents appointed by the Speaker of the House and 5 parents appointed by the President of the Senate. Rep. Cunningham will submit names to the Speaker of the House.
